2. Server Listing Guidelines & Rules

Users who list private servers on ER:LC Roleplays must adhere to strict platform standards:

• All server join codes must belong to legitimate Emergency Response: Liberty County private servers.
• Discord invite links must be valid and lead to appropriate, moderated server communities.
• No offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content is permitted in titles or descriptions.
• Automation or manipulation of server bumps and upvotes is strictly prohibited and subject to removal.

3. Content Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to remove any server listing, restrict user access, or terminate accounts without prior notice if a listing violates our community standards, terms, or receives verified abuse reports.

4. Disclaimer of Affiliation

ER:LC Roleplays is an independent directory and is not affiliated, endorsed, associated with, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Police Roleplay Community (PRC). All Roblox, ER:LC, and associated trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

ER:LC Roleplays is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of third-party Discord servers or Roblox private servers found through our directory.
